CJSC "Amangeldy Gas" was created on 18th August 2003 in accordance with the Agreement signed on August 15, 2003 with JSC "KazTransGas" on attracting Operator for operation and maintenance of facilities in the Contract Area of JSC "KazTransGas" - Amangeldy group of gas condensate fields. On 25th August, 2005 JSC "Amangeldy Gas" was transformed into LLP "Amangeldy Gas", all rights and obligations are retained under the operatorship. Since July 2012 LLP "Amangeldy Gas" is the subsoil user by a combined exploration and production of gas condensate fields Amangeldy in connection with the transfer of subsoil use rights by the Contract Area "KazTransGas".
